Apron 300 kg
An apron shot blast machine tumbles parts on a rotating rubber apron while a mechanical impeller throws steel shot or stainless cut wire at them, so every face of every part is reached without handling.
How it works and what it is for
How it works — the rubber apron keeps the load turning while shot is thrown from above, so castings and forgings come out evenly cleaned.
Typical work — descaling and deburring small castings, valve bodies, forgings and general hardware.
Sizes — 100 kg, 300 kg, 500 kg and 1 tonne batches as standard, and built to your own capacity if none of these fit.
