We hold what is probably the largest installed blasting capacity in Korea, and we built most of it ourselves. Parts come to us for cleaning, deburring, stress relief and coating adhesion — and increasingly to replace acid pickling and electropolishing.

Much of our development work is for aerospace, nuclear and other regulated parts. If you send us a part and a target finish, we will tell you what is achievable and what it will cost per piece.

Cleaning

Removes casting skin, rust, scale and paint residue evenly across the surface.

Stress relief

Shot peening puts the surface into compression, which lengthens fatigue life.

Deburring

Takes off machining burrs and sharp edges without damaging the part.

Micro-finishing

Fine bead evens out the surface of precision parts without changing dimensions.

Appearance

Produces a uniform matt texture where the finish is part of the product.

Creates the surface profile a paint or coating needs to key into.
