Surface treatment,
end to end
Founded in 2004, World Blast designs and builds its own blasting and shot peening machines. We do not stop at the machine — we also supply abrasives, run contract surface treatment, and operate chemical and thermal paint stripping lines.
From eight sites in Korea and bases in Vietnam, China and Indonesia, we supply equipment and materials to more than 500 companies, including Samsung Corning, Samsung Electronics and TaeguTec.

What we do
Four units cover machinery, materials and contract processing.

Machinery
We design and build blasting and shot peening machines in house, drawing on equipment shown at surface treatment exhibitions worldwide and on what we learn on the shop floor.

Contract Blasting
Sand and shot blasting as a service, from small batches to large structures — for customers who need the finish without investing in a machine.

Abrasives
Supply and development of blasting media, including direct import. Our affiliate World Advanced Materials develops new materials such as AZM Bead.

Paint Stripping
Chemical and thermal stripping of paint, resin and rubber without damaging or deforming the part. We hold the licences required for thermal stripping in Korea.
