AZM Bead
AZM Bead is a patented material developed by our affiliate World Advanced Materials.
An ultra-fine micro bead of 0.01–0.05 mm that does not damage the part. It brings up a gloss and is used for removing fine burrs, finishing and upgrading appearance.
Over ten times more productive than conventional elastic media, and it lasts 30–50 times longer than glass bead or aluminium oxide — cheaper to run and easier to keep consistent.
Machine wear and dust are minimal, so the area around the equipment stays clean and there is very little waste.
